- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had an ankle injury playing basketball and I couldn't walk properly on it nearly 8 months later. I tried exercises I found online and it didn't correct the issue. Finally, I went to see Helen and she diagnosed my issue almost immediately. I caused it to heal improperly from babying it and had an issue with my joint. Within about 2 weeks and 3 or 4 treatments it was back to about 80% and she told me what to do to get it back to 100%. Don't waste your time.
