  Had a terrible time at this clinic due to doctor Rai. I waited for maybe 20 min in the waiting room until I got into an examination room. Not bad! But then I waited in the examination room for almost an hour. The receptionist apologized and said I wouldn’t wait much longer. I didn’t mind because I’m used to waiting a long time in walk in clinics BUT I heard her speaking with doctor Rai outside who refused to see me until I had waited longer because it was my first time. When Rai finally came in to see me she was rude and condescending. She lectured me that it was a high traffic time and she did not want to fill out any extra forms and waste time on me even though I specifically called in advance to see if they could see me. BUT she was happy to write me a prescription for painkillers that I DID NOT NEED and I refused to take it. She explained she would only spend more time with me if I came regularly and it would cost more money. All I needed was for her to assess if I could go back to work. I am beyond upset with the treatment I received. I have never been treated so poorly by a medical professional in my life.

  Dr Rai is a total jerk. Very unprofessional staff as well. Though staff helped me printing out Dr note form and after 2 hour wait time. He denied to see me as he was not in mood to complete the note. He simply denied and was so rude stating NO. I did tell him that was weird and then he started defending himself that he has right. Seriously just to not see a patient. He is horrible as he was after number game and wanted to see as many patient in less time without doing any time consuming work. I was simply disappointed and disgusted and I am in the process of filing a official complaint against him
