  Great Staff!! Just have to say that Cheryl and Kenny were extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I am moving into the area in the new year, and stopped into the office to get information on registering my car in BC, as well as information on purchasing Condo insurance. They both provided the information I needed for a smooth move to BC!! I will definitely be back once I move to purchase all my insurance from them!!

  We are local Tsawwassen resident, and have all our insurance with Westland Insurance Group. Nothing wrong with the company, always given us what we need. Our concerns are with the staff, costumer service and lack of knowledge. Not the first time that we experience this. Hence why we post this. Who needs to deal with grumpy staff? Who needs to deal with someone that doesn't care, provide solution and foster good customer relationship? We hope management reads these post and realize that we have lots of option for providers... Our concern is with this specific location, not the one across the street... Teach and educate your people to care about customers, smile, enjoy your job and look to provide solutions to your client.
